I find it funny that the first question anybody has asked me when I tell them I am engaged is “Have you set the date?” I mean, I’ve been engaged for like 2 days!
Date has been a bit tough. Since we’re doing DIY we’re going to need a bit more time than most to make sure we can get everything done. While we could probably get everything done in time for spring of ’10 , we think it would be wise to aim for fall of ’10 instead.
So, we’re thinking End of September/Early October. Any thoughts?

I think whatever date you pick will be perfect. The colors are amazing. Alchaun went from not wanting to discuss the colors, to deciding on the colors, in short order. May all such decisions come with ease. Continue to do the wedding thing in joy.

Knowing you though, you had a date in mind when you had the whole, “I think he’ll propose in October.” and then two weeks later, “I think he’ll propose in August.” 😉
Whenever you guys choose, we’ll be there with bells on. (Which would make the march (do we have to glide-step?!) down the aisle more fun.) 😉
